5S INTERNAL AUDITOR
KCA internal audit team check all factory (9 departments with 25 sections) every month with scoring system of 31 check items of 5s + Health, Safety and Environment and feedback for corrective actions.

To be concern for all the improvement in 5s based on QHSE System
Score of “SORT” has been worst among 5S during 2020-2021.
It is the most difficult part in 5S and we will keep on training worker until it’s get their habit.
To prepare this certification KCA team start to changed the concept of safety standard to meet the requirement

Internal Daily Waste Monitoring
KCA has its own internal daily monitoring system of wastewater quality in 4 items pH, DO,
Transparency at pond 1-5 and SV30/60 at pond 3 and 5.
Total 3 domestic waste water ponds has been made: at Laboratory joint with office, at staff housing and canteen.
